Slideshow album:

An album that enables you to display images and play video
clips and audio clips during a slideshow. When you select a slideshow album, the
Slideshow Editor appears, allowing you to play the slideshow on your computer and
customize its settings.
Slideshow movie:
Â
You can export a slideshow as a movie that others can view. You
can create slideshow movies that can be viewed on standard or high definition TV,
Apple TV, iPad, iPod, iPhone, YouTube, and more.
